Buffs and debuffs in general is a huge pile of problems. In some cases buffs and debuffs are extremely boring, sometimes they are pain in the ass to use, sometimes they are broken strong, sometimes they're boring, pain in the ass and OP all at the same time I look at you WotR and sometimes they are borderline useless.
