I doubt they would be brave enough to make MGS6 without kojima, but MGR2 seems very likely to me seeing how konami tries to revive everything with outsourcing, and Platinum is already there for them

They could make it about Liquid, Solidus doing whatever they did before Outer Haven, as a classical MGS, or BiBo creating Outer Haven, as PW and V gameplay wise.
Just make it a filler prequel, it's free money.
