in spiral knights you can be a healer role by picking Seraphynx as your pet, which allows you to shield allies and cause enemies to drop more health items.

Like every other tab-target MMO that ever existed after WoW itself, but its engine is still pretty good so it feels good to play. It's not good to play, but it has good gamefeel.

You can try Fellowship on Steam, it's just dungeons though no MMO shit. It's in early access and I didn't play it so I have no idea if it's worth a shit.

Maplestory.
The obvious Bishop class is still overpowered to hell with a multitude of heals and other buffs, but a recent class in the Lynn (Beast Tamer rework) has comparable (and situationally, better) healing with the ability to forcibly teleport people to you. The teleport skill also matters since bosses in Maplestory nowadays aren't stationary nor do flat damage, but instead act like raid bosses with danger zones that do % health damage, up to 500% max health.
