This is assuming Batman learns about the Spider sense. I wouldn't doubt Bruce could figure it out after observing Spidey in combat, but it's one of Spider Man's powers that he keeps pretty secret. If memory serves, in the Civil War comic Spider man wears the iron Spider suit built by Stark and the AI in the suit figures out Peter has this 6th sense and reports it to Tony who then does something similar to what you're suggesting with triggering the spider sense.

In a straight up 1v1 where neither knows anything about the other, I think Batman only wins if he somehow overwhelms Pete's senses with gadgets and goes for a lethal surprise attack. Peter is stronger, more agile, has better CC. His punches would make Batman explode
