Yes - but it requires registering custom boot keys.
The updated anticheats that triggered all the poohah around having to enable Secureboot, require not just Secureboot but also TPM 2.0. Version 2.0 of the TPM specification expands what type of operations TPMs are suited for from being just a cryptographic key vault to also having hardware attestation features. I.e. TPM 2.0 can check the state of the system hardware in a reliable way that cannot be spoofed. And one thing it can do is check for the presence of custom, unknown, boot keys - which anti-cheat vendors are quite obviously going to treat as hostile and as a potentially compromised Windows boot.

Meaning if you have a Linux bootloader's custom keys registered in your mobo UEFI, the games will probably doorslam you.
