No chance. I wouldn't even consider playing a modern Blizzard game unless they literally gave it away for free. Even then there'd probably be a catch.

You can get at least 50 hours of ARPG+collectathon/systems completionism out of it until it devolves into endless slot machine 1-shot boss loot farming for pinnacle builds. It doesn't otherwise do anything special for its genre.

Play the original Diablo. It's the best one and has the best atmosphere and dungeon. Or 2 if you like the classes and speed. Everything else is garbage.

Not relevant to anything but The Lunatic Dawn legend pack is on sale, it's an old freeform rpg series that I think people should check out. There's an english patch on the steam forums
