It's either Quake 3 with a brand new singleplayer campaign or it's Heretic+HeXen. I don't really see what else it could be other than those two.

Heretic and Hexen. They always go on sale every year, but not this time. Same thing happened with Quake 1, Quake 2, Doom and Doom 2. I doubt it's Quake 3 since that is on sale.
