My favorite thing about AI is that it highlights the real problem with so many artists/animators, creativity.
drawing/animating good is only part of it, you need to actually come up with good ideas, poses , set-ups. Many good artists make the same generic, random and uninspired shit over and over again to the point that they basically are robots with a unique art-style.
AI are robots that can replicate art-styles, just without any of the creativity or fluidity, only able to capture basic concepts, so of course it scares the artists that just throw random characters together over and over again with nothing interesting about it.

Look, I get, maybe I'm a fucking degenerate but I genuinely think that porn can be as captivating as something like mythology or even war stories, all of them appeal to fundamental parts of the human psyche but everyone's too pussy to admit they like getting their rocks off. This game could just never have a good footing on 3d models because the only game to get a decent budget from the get go of these past 20 years has been 6, which Capcom put all their chips in because they didnt want another SFV launch situation.
ArcSys itself began flanderizing their own artstyle with Strive and i never really liked certain parts of it like the coloring or the faces, and Capcom really doesnt work with that sort of stuff because they put so much money on RE Engine they use it for pretty much everything and their rookies only know how to use that engine and that engine only.
