Malia runs off screen before you see anything, and although Arlecchino implies it, he's implying he caught and cooked Malia in the same conversation, which obviously didn't happen. Even by chapter 1 you should know not to take everything his says at face value.
Nezaria is also clearly making shit up in her translation, as Malia's squeak seem shocked or confused by Nezaria's "translation".
In both cases, they're obviously lying to some degree, so them implying it happened isn't really conclusive.
Admittedly the Totopepe business is partially wishful thinking on my end, but it's still vague and could be interpreted as only Hilda being raped,and Visco being killed for interfering.
