The other implication is Metallica experiencing utsushi suggests she was impregnated in an AU. This hasn't gone anywhere yet, unless you subscribe to the theory that either Isara (plausible) or Mezzaluca (schizo) is an AU Metallica. Don't think about the family tree too much in either case.

First is debatable if Visco got it too, it was only clearly stated to have been her sister. The second is just outright false, Visco's limbs were intact, one was just sticking out of the bag. He seemed to just be carrying her around as a trophy. And on top of that she was just outright dead at that point. It's Metallia that brings her back, at the very end, and Visco doesn't even remember dying.
