Everyone glazed the last of us to death when it first came out and treated it as the best thing to grace the gaming community in years and encouraging people to buy a ps3 for that game alone (i recall snoys being particularly obnoxious during this era), then the second one came out and suddenly it became cool to question whether the first really deserved all the praise to begin with.

I bought the PS3 bundle because I wanted to buy a PS3 at the time and that was only fucking one you could get. Honestly, it does look out of this world good by PS3 standards and the characters were pretty good. As a game though it was just fine, kinda felt like a survival horror spin on Uncharted or something. I'd give it like a 7/10, haven't thought about it all that much since I beat it over a decade ago.
