I had an idea for a Kirby game where Kirby has his first bad dream when sleeping and now he's trapped in a world of all the nightmare scenarios he avoided or stopped in the past. It would turn out in the end that this was caused by the boss "Nightmare" who despite being defeated was able to keep a peace of himself in Kirby's, and King Dedede's, mind, waiting for the night when Kirby finally has a bad dream so he can manifest all the terrors/ fears he's faced in the past.
One of the nightmare scenarios would be fighting the Fairy Queen merges with Zero 2 and she's using the Crystal too.

It's because she's possessed by Dark Matter. If you don't collect all the crystal shards Kirby and friends leave for Pop Star and the villain gets away with everything. If you collect all the shards you oust Dark Matter from the queen's body, which leads the way to Dark Star, so you can kill their leader, Zero Two.
