No. Payment processor rules specifically stated no drug usage is permitted to be depicted, nor alcohol. The rules they laid out has them now spamming Visa/Mastercard to remove these games by their own rules. A ton of games are in violation of these rules that haven't been banned yet, both adult games and teenage games like GTA. The reason for them not being banned is because Steam wants to maximize sales, and panic buyers are going fucking ham right now. But they are on the way out, they're just maximizing their profit first.
