Nah, dpad was a kick on the nuts and I used one for 10 years.
The xbone one is way better
still the worse dpad of all time

+Ergonomics are alright
+Thumbstick is okay for most games
+Uses standard fucking batteries
-Asymmetrical layout is shit (Holdover from OG xbox, which itself was lazily grafting a second thumbstick onto a dreamcast controller)
-No Gyro
-Directly responsible for Gyro being held back for 20 fucking years
-The floor and ceiling for Xinput so all controllers following it are strung down by its limitations
-Ergonomically superior disk dpad but the assembly makes it feel like shit to use
-Nonstandard wireless connectivity that requires you to harvest adapters from 360s since they're discontinued AND the drivers are too
-Accessory port devices not supported outside of the 360
