i tried playing the ps1 version of tomb raider and these games genuinely have the worst movement system it could have even been possible to code in the 90s
i sign up for an action adventure game and instead i'm hit with controls that makes simply jumping to a platform feel like a quick time action mixed with reaction time puzzles
i don't have an issue with tank controls alone, as i can play resident evil and dino crisis just fine, but having the camera follow so closely combined with slow realistic animations just makes the brain dizzy even when everything is clear
>>717501001i guess, but i heard it takes the difficulty to extreme levels, which doesn't sound very fun in a game that's already a struggle to play
literally the only good thing about this game is that you play as lara croft,
imagine being a woman in the 90s wanting to play a game and tomb raider is one of the few options out there, it's no wonder gaming was such a boy's club for so many years
