I play Brohood and Rev just fine through their Steam versions fairly regularly. Revelations they messed up a bit with the patch that removed the MP executable and added achievements, since they also mistakenly removed the exe the game uses to run Desmond's Journey, but you can redownload that file. AC1 and 2 I have no experience with on PC, as I played them on PS3 but I heard AC2 was a real mess because of the antipiracy measure where the game constantly tries to connect to a version of Uplay that doesn't exist anymore.
Black Flag runs fine (though they made Kenway's Fleet unusable since it was an online feature, as well as community events) but IIRC Ubisoft is being fucky with the DLCs for it so beware.
On the plus side, though, if you play these games on PC there's a mod to expand the parkour in AC1-4
