EGM was the one I loved the most, but I read a ton, since I asked for magazine subscriptions for my birthday.

Probably the most interesting one was pic related. It was clearly chasing PSM with art by a dollar store version of Adam Warren, and to date it's the only magazine I know of that died after a single issue.

Nintendo Power, I even managed to find stacks of back issues going all the way back to Super Nintendo when I visited the used book store as a kid.
I vividly remember owning both issues that featured Christian Weston Chandler (They featured his Animal Crossing video and he wrote in about the game Sprung on DS once)
Electronic Gaming Monthly was another good one, but I never owned any just read em on the magazine rack
