There's a difference between stopping ONE bullet and the meaningfulness behind that scene over turning the whole encounter with Takano into a fucking circus.
Trap Mountain was fun and good in the original, but dodging bullets Jojo style just took me out completely.
The Miotsukushi changes to fit the story differently are also just awkward all around, Takano offing Rina and Satoko's uncle, the dynamics playing out differently during the escape, all feels flat.
And again, Hanyuu dying was retarded.
The premise of Rika actually remembering Takano and having to save herself without Hanyuu's help and teaming with Keiichi instead was great, but it all falls apart, simple as.

Negro, Witch Hunt's translation is the only one around. Mangagamer picked theirs up and changed a few lines themselves, but the script is 99% Witch Hunt either way. I'd go with Witch Hunt's og script regardless since the translation is excellent, and Mangagamer's few line differences seemed unnecessary.
