You're meant to get to different zones. I found surviving easy but finding where the fuck I'm meant to go impossible. Quit after a couple hours.

and whats up with the stuff I eat? I just picked up a shiny flower thing, ate it and I got something I think? a rune starting glowing. Dont know what it means.

Quite frankly this game irks me in a strange way i can't quite explain so i'll just say it insists upon itself

Actual survival game.
Staying in the same place will slowly deplete its resources so you must move around, it's inevitable that this way you'll eventually end up somewhere you're suposed to.
Looking up at the "solution" for Rainworld is like asking "how do I win?" in D&D.
