Pushing for electric cars seems like a way of limiting people’s mobility. Not only will they make it so you can’t operate the car off the charging lanes, they want cars they can remotely shut off whenever they want and track where you go and how much you drive. Go figure some socialist draconian dystopia like Sweden would be the first to push this.
