How is this different from the first one? And why would someone want this on PC when everything else works?

who cares. Why would you want a Switch 2 controller for PC anyway? All the main console companies make garbage controllers that will have stick drift after a few months.

Just look up controllers with hall effect, those are way better.

Sticks feel incredibly smooth and it has back buttons.
Dpad is still ass.

Also there is this for the NSO gamecube controller. Maybe it works for the Pro 2 controller.

I came into a PS5 controller the other day and it feels really nice in my hands, it made me drop the switch pro controller I was using pretty hard.

I do not own either console

It kind of works but all the buttons either don't register or are completely messed up

I got rid of my nso gamecube controller for this reason, you can't even remap it's buttons on the switch 2, making it worthless out of the nso app, also the plastic shell was warped on mine

a gamepad with digital triggers is rather pointless on a system that expects you to to use a controller with analoge triggers
