hey how can I purchase this game?

Every time I reinstall this game I play for an hour and get bored of just spamming abilities on cooldown. WoW and FFXIV are right to have rotations

Man warrior in gw2 is pure kino, I have like 4 max level warriors because they’re so fun. I like trying to solo really hard enemies with them, it’s like playing dark souls. I don’t really play anymore but it’s definitely worth playing even just for the story despite its mediocrity in the story department. Maybe I will play for a while today

Yeah a vast majority of it, some scenarios are difficult enough that you need to pay attention instead of zugging though. I haven’t beaten the entire story as it’s long as fuck and spans many expansions but I’ve done it all solo. Dungeons and raids need people though but finding groups is super easy

You can beat the base games entire story without any expansions, I don’t think they gave out anything to people who bought the game when it f2p. Definitely get the expansions if you like the game, I think they go on sale frequently.

Gw2 rocks. Being able to level a toon to max entirely through matchmaking pvp is awesome and romping around with a guild in rvrvr smashing lonely cunts until you find a similar sized zerg for a proper brawl is a whole lot of fun.

Necromancer needs elite specs to really shine imo.
Mesmer is super fun in pvp. I wasn't' really a fan of leveling my Mesmer the build illusions to then burst felt boring in a pve setting.

Engie suffers from getting boring because you can't swap weapons mid combat. Ele gets a pass because they have to manage elements and swapping them around basically gives them 4 movesets per weapon. Engie kits don't really give the same feel and most meta builds don't use them anyway. Scrapper is probably my favourite Eng spec and even it gets kinda boring.
Every other class can equip 2 sets of weapons and swap semi freely mid combat. It keeps the variety up somewhat better.

I really wish someone else would make a game with the buildcraft potential of GW1.
I remember fucking around making annoying as fuck builds for Faction battles. A Warrior/Thief who would teleport up to people, knock them prone repeatedly then shadowstep away again.
Or the raw utility of Ritualist, where I could do every role but tank. I'd act as bait alone then warp 5 spirits in to gank retards.

I heard someone say GW1 was more like building a magic deck and I have to agree.
