They will NOT take a risk on having someone with talent put effort into something that isn't already a proven success story (like cheap ports, outsourced remakes of critically acclaimed classics, or cheap gacha). 64 and Second Attack were the best, but they didn't sell MGS3 numbers. They don't make millions/billions a year for little investment like gacha and slots. Companies like Konami cannot comprehend the concept and value of the cult classic or the budget title.
