There are makeup mods and I do know they sometimes break with updates after months of working fine and they often conflict with the face expressions mod. I don't know much else about them but I've seen some real garish looking screenshots with heavy eyeshadow and such.

I assume you can choose to only use the lipstick and not anything else but you'd have to check LL yourself.
