Their main problem is that Bandai refuses to fund a proper game to capitalize on pokemon's current weakness. If Palworld could do it with a handful of chucklefucks who didn't even understand UE, I'm sure a proper company could blow current day pokemon out of the water especially with a semi-established brand like digimon.
