Use different browsers, do not let another window overlap it. Open it on a second monitor and make sure the twitch window is visible. They seem to have SOMETHING to let them know a window is in the background and not being watched, even if it's not minimized but just has another window over it. Yep your motherboard is one of the shit designed ones with the double layered UEFI setting. If you're on AMD look for a setting called CSM, disable that. It can also be under other names like Legacy, or UEFI Legacy, etc. That has to be turned off or changed to regular UEFI and then you can enable secure boot. Most motherboards with a better design hide or grey out the Secure Boot option until the legacy mode is disabled to ensure you don't end up thinking its enabled when it's not

Secure boot is a set of keys that are cryptographically signed to your UEFI firmware, when you boot your PC it checks your firmware against the keys to ensure it hasn't been modified (by UEFI level malware, which is extremely rare but devastatingly bad). The keys are also passed along to verify your bootloader (the thing that loads your OS) to ensure that wasn't modified either. From there is can also verify kernel level drivers (only boot level kernel drivers, nothing you install in userland)
