Well there's Macro Sonic Dating Sim. Few things to know about it:
-It's a porn game
-You can play as Sonic, Tails and Mighty
-Romanceable characters are Amy, Tikal, Sally, Sonia, Sonic, Tails and Mighty (yes is has optional gay content)
-As the name implies, it does feature the macro/giant fetish, but only at the end of the game when you get all Chaos Emeralds and give them as a gift to one of the above characters
-iirc, you could also bang Rouge in this game, but she's not a romanceable character
