Just go to a tech store and test the display mouse and keyboards. And buy that exact model from the cheapest (but not scam cheap) online store you can find.

I just bought a Logitech G510 and am enjoying it. I don't use the weights as its already a 90g mouse.

In my experience:
deliberately cheap out on a keyboard, the cheap 20 dollar logitech ones are simply the best
don't cheap out on a mouse, the mid price ones are the best
dont overpay for either
