Did you expect an accurate transition from concept art to 3D? I think that was proven wrong with Street Fighter 6. They don't have the Stellar Blade modelers that can try to make that happen.

From what I can tell using my eyes, his idea translated into a woman with black features when put on page. You can argue she's blasian, or some kind of mix if you want. But the black features are most prominent.
