Thats a good one, but unfortunately shes just not a very popular girl.
I liked her a lot on release, but it didn't help that they continuously gave her the worst / ugliest costumes in any DLC they added, so her popularity never really grew.

They made her the genki fighter girl-next-door archetype with a thirst for a man. All those things were already filled by Hitomi, who was once extremely popular. Worse, Mila is seen as the poster girl for Tom Lee's 'I'm a Fighter' and ' muh representation' pushes, with her two-tone dyke-ish haircut, and outfits that included flannel shirts, baggy jeans straight out of a Resident Evil remake, and baggy, form-hiding sweatsuits.
