No they don't, picking the neutral option is necessary to get the good ending of their quests, or failing that, persuading the opposite sister to be okay with what you did (either sacrificing the sweet teeth, or using Kanerah as bait for the soul eater), their alignment doesn't change and Kalikke doesn't become more asocial if you romance them both. In fact, the game encourages you to do so and even has Kalikke actually coming forward with her feelings and confessing near the end of the game, which is the exact opposite of being shy

I played about 1,5h of WOTR and I have to say, anons lied to me about the game being good.

PoE is a pause simulator that wanted to get rid of prebuffing so much it made you prebuff in the first round of every fight.
Pathfinder has a turn based mode, which already makes autoattacking just one of the possibilities - and CotW adds a lot of fun extra options. WotR also fucked up with prebuffing though, Kingmaker required only a few basic long lasting buffs in the absolute majority of fights.
