So you're just talking completely out of your ass. Hell, your example would not be something that you can recycle a lot from Agumon. Firstly, Swatmon has a bunch on him so even if you recycle chunks of Agumon's model, you would still need to sculpt all the shit that's on him. Secondly, he has a gun, so barely any animations could be recycled from Agumon since Agumon doesn't have to hold and shoot a rifle. Agumon also has a much shorter tail, so you would have to animate that as well.
