It was rather buggy on release, but I still played through it with no serious problems that I remember.
Most of those bugs have been fixed, and there's a lot of mods to allow players to adjust the game to their own particular desires.
Very cool, atmospheric, and a lot of variety given the setting. Very memorable characters, lots of them hot girls with big tits.

Pretty much all the quests are in some form, just fetch quests and it makes you feel like a complete fucking retarded bitch
Every quest I had felt like I was just someone's bitch and I don't just mean the vamp quests, even the sidequests from humans/non-kindred was basically 'hey fag, do this, k thanks'
