My only two problems with it were that: 1) the gameplay somehow isn't as smooth/pragmatically simple as 1-3, plus the fact the map doesn't get scribbled as you progress (a little thougj absolute genius aspect present since the first game); and 2) personally didn't find the last part of the story as satisfying as the setup was interesting.
Other than that, it genuinely scared and disturbed me, and the having Eileen with you was the first time I found an escort mission to be emotionally intense. I was sincerally worried whenever Walter was near her. Oh, also, another complaint from me is the lack of joke ending. SH3's one was both funny and heartwarming.
