Agreed. The Day/Night cycle keeps the board fresh and opens up opportunity for greater strategization along with the orb system allowing players to set up traps to discourage certain routes. Truly the thinking man's Mario Party.

Exactly. Nostalgia doesn't invalidate quality-if anything, it just proves it had that lasting impact. MP5 had some killer boards, chill soundtrack, and the whole dream theme made it stand out. People trash on the capsules but honestly they added more chaos and that’s what Mario Party thrives on.
