The story is pretty good for an action game. It really isn't an RPG at all, just a fun open world action adventure. The only problem with the game is it wasn't marketed as an action adventure so it gets compared to TES instead of Forspoken

It's okay. Has some good writing, decent quests, characters are mostly good but aren't that memorable, the world feels so lifeless because of the way nothing really moves and even your companions barely interact at the camp. There's not much to find in the game even with the size of the maps they have and the weapon pool, you usually just find upgrade materials in 9/10 chests with the other 1/10 being a weapon or armor. Dungeons are okay, combat is actually pretty fun and you've got a cool variety of weapon choices to choose from to fight with.

Probably a bunch more things I'm forgetting since I finished it months ago. I honestly think if it gets a sequel and Obsidian actually fix a bunch of the problems and complaints people have with it, it might actually be GOTY material because I think it has a good base but just executed kinda poorly.
