I stopped playing online games altogether because the adrenaline and cortisol spikes were becoming too exhausting and my chest was genuinely starting to hurt after particularly intense sessions.

In online games - never. But the last time I got angry was when I was playing MGR and got stuck on the jet seed for a long time, I gave my mouse a good beating, after which it stopped working properly, and I realized that getting angry in games is stupid.
