Other factions have been feature-crept in TW:W3, if you go back playing high elves they might feel barebones. They are still powerful (strong economics, strong heroes, strong armies). To me, unifying Ulthuan, rebuilding it, and then slap lesser races around in whatever direction you want is one of the best elf experiences in video gaming.
