imagine the endless revenue from millions upon millions of streams of his music over the course of years, before he randomly drops a new chapter every couple years for a couple more millies. undertale had him set for life instantly. 0 people suddenly gain a work ethic after being given riches beyond 99% of people. the opposite is always true.

Toby is clearly taking his time enjoying his life and is probably encouraging his dev team to do the same. Why bloat his team to do things faster when there's no need to do so beyond satisfying impatient people, and which would also dilute his control over the final product?
