If you can make A ratings just do that and enter the higher bracket. Lose them all and get the same rewards as entering the lower tier (B rated umas) and winning it all
If you were aiming to keep to a B rating then I'm not sure which stats you can aim for that keeps you under A. To me, wit looks low, focus is more useful for team trials and the unique is lvl3 and I'd want more power. Speed probably ok, more could push you into A rating

What’s the secret to witmaxxing? Because the effects of super high wit is nebulous when it comes to getting 1st place, I always get filtered by the URA when her wit enters the 700+ range because the main three stats are just shy of par. This is doubled by the fact that I need to take a lot of extra G1 races to get all the skill points for those point hungry debuffs. And tripled by using a late surger to make use of Sharp Gaze/All Seeing Eyes, as Late surgery’s need more strength than most other classes… what’s the proper stat focus distribution of the support cards?

I borrowed MLB Kita to keep speed/power up during career
I used 3 wit cards that had debuffs, Rice Shower free SSR debuff stam card. Sweep Tosho SR to help Kita, but she also provides debuffs and gives skill points upon training
I only did 15 races. ended up with 600+ in the 3 main stats, 900+ Wit mostly training that, except for picking up speed rainbows and chasing skill hints

I'm using stam+power sparks, but speed ends up higher due to the cards. It's high RNG to get those results though and a lot of failed attempts
I'm using 4spe 2sta cards. If I had MLB Kita I could try 3/3 or 3/2/1 with the 1 being power. Might get more balance between spe and pow, but without MLB I need to stack spe to get the multi rainbows to get it up that high anyway

It's not just witmaxing.
It's a combination of also having the optimum sparks/inspirations to meet your stamina requirements. Which is further assisted by max potentials, uma stat distribution bonuses, maxed LB'd card combos and recovery skills, and using events to pad out your other stats (stamina, power, guts).

It will let you max speed very easily, while giving you a serviceable power stat, with WITMAXX for better endurance management/positioning and skill procs.

More wit training = less resting, more skill points/guaranteed procs
More skills = more points in PvP


But you're simply not going win races if you don't satisfy the stamina requirements. Guts gets memed on for being a useless stat, but it will be even more of a drag on these umas in the final spurt, if you don't pad it out with event choices.

Some umas (Tachyon, Super Creek) can meme around this, by simply having a horseload of recovery skills.

It's easy to put a bunch of half-baked Wit-based support cards into a deck.
But to witmax proper, you gotta be committed on all fronts. Not just that.

When the gameplay is nonexistent, people default to being coomers. Uma has a lot going for it beyond the modestly designed horse girls. That being said, I'd say your lack of midleg skills probably hurt you. McQueen has 3 midleg skills to proc Tail Held High and Red Ace also increases acceleration as well as speed when competing for first. Green skills are specifically conditional, Lone Wolf will not proc because both Teio and Rudolf have Lone Wolf and the rest of Teio's green skills will only proc under those specific conditions. Pulse and Red Shift are good but not enough to carry, which only leaves you with Curvature as your only "real" skill. In Rudolf's case I don't even think Tail Held High can even trigger here so she only really has Curvature and her ults which is probably isn't enough to carry her either. Tether is fine but you should also account for any other debuffers on his team, Maestro and Gourmand were probably enough to keep him going until the end if tether was the only debuff you had.
Also for stadium you want everyone to run on different strategies, so here Teio and Rudolf will actually conflict with each other for points assuming they're both pace.
