Probably not. He doesn't strike me as especially skilled from what I've seen of him, but it's not a big ask for a mediocre fighting game player to be able to beat someone who thinks being able to semi-reliably do motion inputs is even remotely notable. It's fine if that is your skill level in fighting games, but he would have to be one of the most woefully unskilled people alive to have been playing the games for years and lose to someone at that level of inexperience.

LTG's biggest problem is that he crumples instantly the second something doesn't go his way. He has no sense for combos in SF6 and puts almost no time into the game (as far as I can tell) so he sucks. If you can do a 2-in-1 (crMK xx Hadoken) and anti-air or whiff punish you can probably beat him. If you can do some basic links like Kimberly's HK, MP HP xx special then you can definitely beat him.
