Mother Sphere found a loophole that mankind can't be made any stronger so it made androids to replace humans and making them human looking is more than enough to meet the criteria with that Natural Humans are now disposable vermin trash and started to genocide them. And since humans are stupid and bumbling and incompetent they got what they deserved for being stupid enough to invent ai.
The best part is that humans are like this in real life so we will get killed off by ai and technology gone rogue. Have no faith except that humans are fucking stupid. I hate the story of Stellar Blade because humans really are way too fucking stupid to deserve a right to exist. Seeing Raphael get killed off in all the endings was satisfying since he's the human traitor who invented Mother Sphere and was surprised she killed all humans. That dumbass deserved his death in every single ending.
