Sega's next online project after PSO2 NGS will be a metaverse game with multiple game exes into one (think PSO2 and PSO2NGS), where you share one account throughout multiple games that utilize Sega IP.

The first wave of games will be:
PSO 3
Jet Set Radio Online '
Crazy Taxi Online
Chao Garden (links to all Sonic games)

All of them use Unreal Engine 5 and will make use of the Sega Account that has recently been introduced.

The idea is to create a diverse online gaming realm that provides multiple gameplay styles in one. Each of the games will be previewed with a premium offline game that is more limited with a smaller multiplayer option that is peer to peer rather than liver service. This will be remakes of Jet Set Radio, Crazy Taxi and PSO1.

what's the point of linking them? The only way this works is if the metaverse container is a compelling experience itself, what are they going to do? hire a bunch of vtubers to entertain you in a shitty second life lobby?

The crazy thing about this post is that Sega is indeed making a live subscription service for their games. Which is why everything got pulled from steam. I wouldn’t be surprised if this is real and gets overlooked because /v/ doesn’t believe in leaks
