Do you guys know the way to make your Maximum Processor State from 99% (boost off) when chillin/idlin on system; to automatically switch at 100% (boost on) when you launch a game ?

I can't seem to find a conditionnal switch anywhere on windows. Do I need a third party soft for that ?

I have a ryzen that spikes randomly when I move the mouse and sh!t. I read it was normal behavior on amd cpu. But I'd like a method to control that easely like

Sadly nothing resembling that in my setup.
But do you think there is a way to keybind that stuff somehow ?
