I've been binding it to my mouse lately. I used to have it on Ctrl, but some games you need to use it fast like dodging for example and I find pushing it while using W, S, A and D is actually kind of cumbersome.

Crouching should be a TOGGLE
Sprinting should be HELD

I switched to Tab for crouch, to reduce carpal tunnel. This is essential for games where you have to hold crouch down a lot.

Binding anything to capslock pisses me off because the indicator light is never in sync with actual activation...and then your capslock will either be on or off once you exit the game.
