It's literally microLED but done with quantum dots rather than LEDs.
Some companies call it "nanoLED". You can literally print the quantum dots with an inkjet style printer, but connecting those quantum dots to wires is hard to do.

titan quest, 2006, got a new expansion in 2021, added some UI size increase but still smaller than is comfortable at 2160.
lots of games have this issue. plus there's desktop OS DPI scaling issues.

It won't burn in.
You could make them have no motion blur or flickering, but that would require firmware level controls. You could flicker at 1000hz like a plasma, but if plain old sample and hold is used then it will have motion blur.

It depends what are you doing.
For FPS games you will sit closer to the screen than when you are playing something more comfy.
It's rather large difference for me, I'm using 27" 1440p.
It goes from 40cm for some FPS games to 60cm for shitposting and games played with the controller.

The only compromise is that it will eventually burn in, but you have a 3 year warranty on that so they're confident it will take at least 3 years, probably closer to 4-5 (they're not gonna risk replacing a $1k+ monitor if they can).

No there's not only that. You can't use gsync in dark scenes without seeing flickering if any frametime variances occur. Which is impossible to mitigate sometimes. Some people falsely associate it with big framerate swings when they don't need to be that large for it to be visible, it only needs to be small variances. It will indeed be more visible if the framerate takes plunges, but it's not always the root cause. The biggest shill of the technology in the PC gaming space has never addressed it as an issue. So burn in is something where people debate how long these monitors will last, but one issue that is present day one is that they can't handle dark scenes with VRR.
