Stamina doesn't affect max speed, it affects how early you are to start spurting to reach max speed. If you have enough stam at the final leg, you will start accelerate early, thus gets more distances than the others.

Ending stats were about 1000 speed, nearly 800 power, and barely 450+ of stamina. You'll probably want more stamina than that, mine is not very good for time trials and barely squeaked by in the finale.

Nah I've noticed that if my guts is below 300 it can start to negatively affect things. But it usually doesn't go much over that as I don't run any guts cards. 300+ is about where it winds up on an average run, more if you're training stamina a lot, so that seems to be good enough

Because it's an actual fun game. I would buy this game if it was $20, $40, $60 even. It has a ton of content in it and you can train umas for hours everyday without paying a single cent, and you're not gonna be that far behind the whales if you're clever about how you do things. I'm gonna keep playing for probably years because this game is just hitting all the right notes for me and there's more to come.

Also the animes and movie are really cool too. Once you get into the uma world it sort of sucks you in, might turn you into an actual racehorse fan.
