Memes aside, this game is a curious specimen.
Female-oriented porn that is drawn or modeled and therefore allowing exaggerated proportions is actually pretty interesting evolutionary psychology wise.
For as long as a great ape "homo sapiens" existed, it was selected for its functionality in procuring resources and defeating threats - intellect, motor coordination, physical robustness and health. But now we're at the beginning of an age where this paradigm was rendered irrelevant by an abundance of resources and absence of threats. This state should already be familiar to a biologist - mainly from certain species of birds, who got to live in absence of natural threats. The result of this state is sexual selection no longer serving function, but instead locking onto itself into the feedback loop that reinforces useless arbitrary traits which eventually become severely detrimental.
Compare those video game models with existing males, and consider the areas where the difference is the most drastic. Then draw some obscene caricature exaggerrating those differences by orders of magnitude. You now has a far future "male" that would be produced by a world where modern technology provides safety and resources, but biological evolution runs as usual. Sci-fi writer H. Wells attempted to describe something like this in "The Time Machine", but it seems he wasn't able to grasp just how clowned up it will be.
Good thing evolution will definitely not go as normal, and artificial systems plus careful bioengineering focused on enhancing important functions will be used to produce humans instead of females and their arbitrary feedbacl loop preferences for breeding peacock humans. Perhaps, in the far future, "natural" humans will live in special zoos like chipms today.
