Bloodborne also has that issue where the areas are filled to the brim with repeating assets like randomly placed headstones, gargoyles and debris, especially in cathedral ward. Same with Dark Souls 3. Compare it to DaS1 and even DaS2 where the environments are much much cleaner.

It does matter. Right now game dev companies usually have maybe 5% of people who actually work on the game because 95% of the rest are outsourced since games are so fucking big now and no company wants to hire multiple thousands people working full-time.
