Not really.
Ever since I was about 5 years old, I knew I was going to geek that's obsessed with video games. I'm 37 now, and I was not wrong.
However, I am starting to regret it now, but only because video games has gone from a niche hobby, to a massive industry that makes slop that I don't want to play.

Yes generally >playing video games when you could train your body and grow your muscles instead?
You can walk and chew gum at the same time, regret also doesn't solve anything so you can start exercising now while you play games in your free time
I've been going to the gym 4 times a week for the past 7 months and I've noticed very little difference. Some people complimented my back last week so maybe there has been an improvement but is hard to tell. I should've taken a photo before starting.
