ps3 it has a lot more exclusives than xbox (3dot game her/MGS4/Infamous) and even tgoug they are hard to track down the HD remakes from the ps2 games like ratchet clank God of war and sly cooper are also a good reason to get one

PS3 is more easier to hack depending on the model. Good luck doing anything fun with a 360 considering the store is shut down so half the games you can't even play. You'd have to do actual hardware modding to get it going where ass PS3 you just need a thumb drive AND the store is still online if you truly don't want to hack it period.
